Delete account

EntarAja supports account deletion requests in compliance with Google Play policy. You may request deletion of your app account and associated data at any time.

About your EntarAja account

EntarAja uses Google Sign-In. Your Google account is managed by Google and is not deleted when you delete your EntarAja account. What we delete is the link between EntarAja and your account, along with data stored by our app.

Data that will be deleted

• App account data — user information from Google (name) that we store for personalization.
• WhatsApp number — if you saved a number for reminders.
• Local data — to delete to-dos on the device, clear app data (Settings → Apps → EntarAja → Clear data) or uninstall.

Google Drive backup

If you use Drive backup, the file lives in your own Google Drive account. We do not keep a copy on our servers. Remove it manually from Drive.

How to request deletion

Email hello@arie.my.id with the subject “EntarAja - Account Deletion Request”. Include the Google email you use to sign in. We process requests within 30 days.
